this ending only happens if you have fucked the succubus. the multiple endings thing is not exactly what i would consider desirable in this case since if you do not chose a very specific path you will get the ntr and then you will end up with 1 of the 3 other girls except the blonde. The NTR is unavoidable unless you go for the main interest and do not mingle with any other girl.
